Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (1 day)

Utilizing the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), this workshop provides participants with a personal assessment, equips them to understand personality styles that are different from their own and provides strategies for building healthy work environments.¬†Understanding the various personality styles and their impact on workplace dynamics helps people work successfully with others and fosters strong teamwork. The workshop examines how miscommunication caused by personality differences often leads to conflict that negatively affects both personal efficiency and the collaboration necessary for healthy teamwork. Participants will learn to communicate effectively based on their own personality strengths and the personality based preferences of others, in order to improve their effectiveness and their group’s productivity.
