Are you frustrated by what seems like generational tension in the workplace? Although intergenerational relationships have potential for miscommunication and unproductive interactions, they also hold possibilities for fostering creative and productive workplaces. This webinar will help you understand different generational assumptions and the gifts that each generation offers to the workplace. Participants will also explore the prevailing stereotypes about different generations and gain awareness about their own potential generational blind spots that often lead to misunderstandings and conflict.
