Utilizing ACHIEVE’s Head, Heart, Gut, Feet Personality Style assessment tool, participants will be equipped to understand personality styles different from their own and be provided with strategies for building healthy work environments. Through fun and engaging activities, participants will learn to communicate more effectively based on their own personality strengths and the personality based preferences of others leading to improved personal effectiveness and group productivity.
