Personal Work Styles – Working with Differences (½ day)

Miscommunication caused by personality differences often leads to conflict that negatively affects both personal efficiency and the collaboration necessary for healthy teamwork. Utilizing ACHIEVE’s Personal Work Styles assessment tool and through subsequent presentation participants are equipped to understand personality styles different from their own and provided with strategies for building healthy work environments. Through fun and engaging activities, participants will learn to communicate more effectively based on their own personality strengths and the personality based preferences of others leading to improved personal effectiveness and group productivity.
